Pros:The mileage on the car was excellent.Cons:Guy at the front desk was incredibly nice when going to pick up the car. However, at drop off he was a completely different person. Picked up my rental and it had cigarette smell that increased overtime and the car said “Maintenance Required”. It drove well but he just waved his hands and said I’d be fine. Willing to give them another shot but you could tell they’re just there to collect a paycheck. Would be nice if these people cared more about the service. Especially since I brought up all those things, the response was “well what can ya do *shrug*. No compensation or anything. I guess you’re better off just going to enterprise.Reviewed Apr 28 2021

SlowPros:I liked that there were kiosks to get everything taken care of without having to wait in line if you have all your information.Cons:I didn't like that everyone that was waiting in line was long gone before I even got to finish. It was a lengthy process. I also didn't like that I had to go inside to check out for whatever reason. The lady didn't seem to know what was going on. Saying that I reserved the drop off at a different location than what I picked it up which was not true. This process took longer than any other place that I have gone to in the past.Reviewed Feb 21 2018

Ripoff!Cons:Pickup clerk was annoying and unhelpful much. Also, they charged us with extra 70 usd for underage driver, which didn't appear on the site!!Reviewed Sep 23 2016

Pros:Good serviceCons:They charged my credit card for the correct amount but the hold of $258 is still on my credit card. It should have been released when my credit card was charged. Not very professional. Enterprise doesn't do it that way.Reviewed May 4 2016
