Good pricePros:Great value. Great service at pick up and drop off Camilla was very helpful and efficientCons:Car was surface clean but had odor. Poor Customer ServicePros:The car was clean and comfortableCons:Our reservation was for 08:00. I was called at 07:50 (10 minutes prior to our pick up) and told that there wasn't a car available and that they were only able to place 5 out of 12 reservations in cars the previous day. There "wasn't anything that could be done" so I called the customer service line. This was an incredibly cumbersome process with no assistance provided. I made four separate calls. I was transferred to Dollar Rentals to see if they would have a car for me? I do not feel that this situation was handled well by the Hertz company from every angle. I did not feel that, I, the customer should have been responsible for calling other locations and companies for your error. It was very unprofessional.Reviewed Jun 18 2016
