It was closed!! Didnt get anything they said good luck they are closed
Pros: Nothing didnt get a car.
Cons: I showed up to get my rental car and it was closed I called the 800 number and they told me there was no options and good luck then hung up

Pros: Pricing
Cons: Did not know they were not at the airport location and had to call and wait for a ride to far distance away. Only two cars available and both black in 98 degree weather. No one to help with a problem with connecting to the sound system. Will never chose this site again.

Cons: No one there to pick us up and take us to the Herrz office off site. When we called there was only a machine. We asked in the airport and they said to call again. So we did. This time a man answered and said, oh, we’ll be there for you in about 10 minutes. So it took about 1/2 hour of wasted time. Also there is no one to drop it off to on Sunday so we didn’t get a receipt. Just left it at the airport. Hope we are charged what they told us they would.

Return harder than pick up
Cons: The return was equally challenged because we expected the location to be the Pocatello airport, but it was 7 miles away and we were not provided the address in the rental papers and contract.

No Reservation was found...
Cons: Unfortunately there was NO reservation in their computer system! And it was a prepaid - so now having to dispute with my credit card. The driver left me... said no reservation was there - then called the manager the next day and she confirmed it! Not a happy camper. Can't imagine what happened.

Terrible waste of time
Cons: Went to pick up a car on time. Had to wait almost an hour outside in cold because the only person at the counter had gone to the airport FYI pickup somebody else. Then instead of giving the waiting customer preference he simply went ahead to service the person he picked up from the airport. Worst still didn't even have the at I booked. Previously had trouble with payment at the same place. Worst car rental experience ever...
