No Reservation was found...Cons:Unfortunately there was NO reservation in their computer system! And it was a prepaid - so now having to dispute with my credit card. The driver left me... said no reservation was there - then called the manager the next day and she confirmed it! Not a happy camper. Can't imagine what happened.Reviewed Apr 9 2017

Terrible waste of timeCons:Went to pick up a car on time. Had to wait almost an hour outside in cold because the only person at the counter had gone to the airport FYI pickup somebody else. Then instead of giving the waiting customer preference he simply went ahead to service the person he picked up from the airport. Worst still didn't even have the at I booked. Previously had trouble with payment at the same place. Worst car rental experience ever...Reviewed Nov 28 2016
