Pros:The staff was very friendly for pick-up at the Provo Airport. We dropped off the car to the Louisville Airport rental parking lot and left the key in the car; we did not end up meeting any staff during our drop-off process. It was a brand-new 2020 Chevy Malibu with awesome tech updates, making it very easy to use our maps phone app, music, and more!Cons:We paid Kayak $11.00 a day for insurance, and ended up paying additional insurance through Hertz, because we were unaware that the $11.00 a day would not cover what we were hoping it would cover.Reviewed Jun 16 2020
