Very basic SUV rentalPros:Very basic SUV rentalCons:Santa Fe had a lot of miles and did not ride well at all. the seats were uncomfortable and drove more like a truck. Was not pleasant to be in for long periods of time. The main hertz Office on Hwy 17 Mt Pleasant the associates were very unhelpful and did not seem to care. When I expressed interest in what type of vehicle I may be getting. They would not let me put in a preference and did not even attempt to help in anyway. They do not know anything about good customer service and to keep clients. The gentleman at the Brickyard location was very helpful when I returned it. That did leave a better impression on me.Reviewed Aug 20 2017
