Pros:Staff was great! Check out was really fast.Cons:The actual Hertz location is dingy and in a bad area. There was only one person working first thing in the morning and when you’re trying to get on with your travels it’s super inconvenient. Reserved a car they didn’t havePros:The representative was friendly and apologetic but could do nothing to find me a carCons:I reserved a car and when I tried to pick it up, not only did they not have any available but I was 14th on the waiting list. Pros:The Yukon was luxurious! Plenty of comfortable seating.Cons:We we’re not notified that the pick-up location was closed and we would have to drive across town during rush-hour, until we found the note on the door of the closed branch.Reviewed Feb 11 2018

Pros:Car was clean insideCons:Car didn't drive well. Kept losing power and wouldn't go over 65 going up hill. Cruise control kept kicking off, door weather seal was messed up so the entire time air was coming in and was very loud.Reviewed Jan 29 2018

Cons:It was very inconvenient to have to return my first car due to a check engine light. I asked for a free extra day and was told no. When I returned the 2nd car I got at a different location, I was charged $35 extra dollars! The Orem,UT office also did not answer their phone over a 2-day period and about 5 phone calls.Reviewed Jul 6 2017

Worst experience everPros:Nothing. Literally.Cons:My reservation was for 12pm. The confirmation said they would hold my reservation until 1pm. I showed up at Hertz at 12:02, only to find out that they were closed for the day... The employees were still in the store so I knocked. No response. I waited and knocked and waited and knocked. No one would even acknowledge that I was there. So I was left with no rental car for my trip.Reviewed Jul 4 2017
