Charged us a lot of money for insurance when we already had insurance and did not want the insurance and didn’t realize they charged us 600 extra dollars.Reviewed Mar 30 2026

Le temps d’attente au moment du check in était un peu long mais la voiture était prête et propre. La voiture était neuve et confortable. A l’inverse, le check out était rapide.Reviewed Oct 27 2022

Extremely disappointed with the service. The car I got was WAY SMALLER than what me and my family needed, which almost forced us to completely change our plans as our luggage didn't fit in it. We had to figure things out on the go. The company didn't move a finger to help us finding another car, not even paying the difference. I likely won't use the service again.Reviewed Dec 21 2021
