Cons:They called me the morning off and said they did not have the cargo van for me. That left me in a very bad situation. They just told me that FedEx had taken it. They need to learn how to keep our reservation. Very poor business.Reviewed Oct 5 2020

Cons:At pick up I was told that the tank was about 3/4 full. I filled it up all the way and got it washed and vacuumed before dropping it off. The same person told me that it was a full tank and that I'd be charged for not filling it up. It was a little less than full at dropoff. That could be better.Reviewed Jun 18 2019

Not a wide selection of cars. Subpar customer servicePros:Prices are somewhat competitive but you get what you pay for in lackluster selection of available cars.Cons:I should say that Enterprise has better selection of cars and I always get a choice of cars from the lot. The staff at Hertz was not very excited to see me there and they picked a car from their small wall of keys. Enterprise guys were excited to see me and they always have the latest models.
