The car we received was not clean inside, it had stains all over the inner roof of the car. The lady at the rental desk gave us no receipt at the initial pick up. She gave us no further details regarding the drop off either. While driving we encountered a rainstorm as well as know and the windscreen wipers were absolutely pathetic the visibility on the road was so bad while using the wipers we had to stop numerous times, I was then sent to return the car to a location that had been closed ages ago and when I called customer care I was made to feel like I was at wrong. He was rude and incompetent and shouldn’t be dealing with customers. Safe to say I am not impressed at all and will definitely move to another service provider for my next rental!Reviewed Oct 20 2021
