Harrisonburg VA HertzPros:Never rent here ever. The car smelled. It was like a mom and pop store. I got a flat tire and barley drove it anywhere. I used $8 worth of gas. The tire was old which is why it went flat. A state trooper even looked at it and didn’t know why the tire went flat.Reviewed Apr 16 2018

Pros:Good value for the money.Cons:Pick up was frustrating. I gave them my credit card for the $200.00 hold, and they told me my credit card was denied. That surprised me. The agent asked if I had another card or debit card to use, and I refused to give him my debit card. I called my credit card company and was told that no transactions had been attempted that morning. I told the agent that information, and he tried my card again. It was then accepted.Reviewed Apr 27 2017

HorribleCons:Did not like anything about this. Thought I could pick up early but wasnt allowed, neither the rep at the location or the rep I spoke with on the phone wanted to assist. They wanted me to wait 2hrs before I could pick up the car. So I cancelled and was charged $100 just to cancel and use Enterprise.Reviewed Mar 8 2017
