Cons: Vehicle more thoroughly cleaned.

Pros: Instead of Chevy Malibu they gave us KIA Optima. Expected the same car.
Cons: They didnt accept my thomas cook travel card since I'm from India. So I had to put up my personal Indian Credit card and hence I have to pay forex charges additionally. Weirdest part is that they accepted insurance from my travel card and not the car booking. That's lame.

No one was there when we picked up and dropped off. We waited long time
Pros: We will never return to this place again
Cons: Car was not clean, Computer did not work we waited again I am a 65 yrs old man, travel a lots. Rented car many times many different places. This was the worst

KIA AUTO
Pros: Great mpg. SIRIUS Radio was awesome!! More trunk room than I expected. Excellent people running pick up and drop off. Also very friendly.
