They didnt accept my thomas cook travel card since I'm from India. So I had to put up my personal Indian Credit card and hence I have to pay forex charges additionally. Weirdest part is that they accepted insurance from my travel card and not the car booking. That's lame.4,4 Mediocre

When I showed up at the rental facility, they told me that they did not have a car available for several hours. I ended up having drive my persona vehicle to a work meeting because of an error on their side. There was no apology or even an offer for a discount on my next rental.8,0 Very Good

It was cold in Minnesota and when I turned the heat on the windows would cloud up. I had to continuously turn on the rear and front window heaters which would then shut off the heat. But it was alright, I did not freeze but it could have been a little more comfortable. I would rent from them again.2,0 Poor

Our rental was supposed to be $460 for 12 days but I was charged $610. Enterprise told me they couldn’t find my booking and had to make a new one even though I had the confirmation number. When I called about the extra $150 I was transferred around and around no one was able to help. I will definitely be using a different rental company next time.2,0 Poor

I booked a car using Kayak supposedly for MSP but when I got to the airport, I was that the car was for an off-airport location some 15 minutes away by taxi...and that I would return the car to the same location...they ended up renting me a car at 2.5x the price I reserved...never again...Kayak or Enterprise9,2 Wonderful
