Cypress location was bad! 1960/45 location was goodPros:45/1960 location where we finally got the minivan was good. Service was professional and car was goodCons:We booked the car for pickup at the Cypress location multiple weeks back. On the morning of the pickup, the cypress employee called to say he did not have a minivan and sorry but he can't get one. Only after I explained to him that our need was critical, he bothered to locate a minivan at 1960/45. And then, he said it would be a few hours before we'd have it. I told him I'd pick it up myself (Its 15+miles farther), I had to make 3 more phone calls before he texted me the pickup address And no apology for any of this. It's clear to me now that the cypress location had completely forgotten about the reservation and then treated the matter as if it was no big deal I guess I should be grateful that at least he bothered to pick up my phone calls and did not leave me completely strandedReviewed Aug 19 2017
