Was all a liePros:NothingCons:Everything we booked on the internet was found to be false when we physically showed up to get the car. The car itself. the cost. drop off time. etc... Staff was not helpful at all and then when we accidentally left an important object in the car, I showed up the following morning to try to recovery my property and the gentleman there was extremely difficult in helping me to find the car. He was insistent it had already been rented. i begged then insisted we just take a look in the back to see if it was there. Turns out it was and I was able to recover the object. i will never rent a car from this place again.Reviewed Apr 24 2018

Not what I expectedPros:That I got home without theven car breaking down on me.Cons:It smelt like smoke and garbage, used an entire bottle of febreeze and still had to drive with the windows down. Way to much for a disgusting car that felt and sounded like it was falling apart. Pick up was slow and I got stuck with a the nasty car or nothing.Reviewed Mar 14 2017

Hertz is terrible on accepting reservations that dPros:This entire experience is motivated by the best price possible. Yes they have the best price, but is the price worth the headache?Cons:That a reservation was accepted and the vehicle wasn't available. terrible way to treat customers.
