Pros: This entire experience is motivated by the best price possible. Yes they have the best price, but is the price worth the headache?
Cons: That a reservation was accepted and the vehicle wasn't available. terrible way to treat customers. It took an act of congress - to force Hertz to get me a car for my trip.
