In general, a nice place to stay.
The machines seemed to be set pretty tight. Just saying...
The hotel was sold out. We like to stay at the Fiesta because of location. We ate at Leticia's and had an excellent meal and cocktails.
Aina at the front desk awesome. Very friendly and glad to be of assistance.
I did encounter a problem with the room jetted tub. Resolution waas quickly offered and a good will gesture was proactively made to ensure satisfaction.
I like the Fiesta Henderson because of its location. Decent amenities and affordable pricing.
I like the location
I like the location. I really liked the Monday Night Football special at the casino. This is the first time I had ever booked "run of the house". My room was close to the elevator and very nice.
Made a reservation for a king room- first room we get had two queens and it smelled terrible - I went back down to the front desk to get a king room (preferably one that didn't smell) and the lady at the front desk said they didn't have any king rooms (even though that is what I paid for and was on my confirmation). She basically said this was my problem, not hers since I reserved through kayak. I insisted that I would not sleep in the room (smelled like a bad mix of bo attempted to be covered by air freshener) so she gave us a new room that was a king on a different floor. When she handed me the keys she stated that this was a pet friendly room on a smoking floor. We do not smoke and my boyfriend has allergies so I wasn't thrilled about this but figured we would try it. This room was a king room, but again smelled terrible. Since my boyfriend has allergies we didn't want to sleep in a pet friendly room so we went back down to the front desk to just settle for a double queen room (since she had said they were out of kings) - at this time the lady said that the king room was not a pet friendly room. We talked to the lady a little more and decided we'll just open a window to try and air it out - she didn't inform us that the windows do not open. All in all - you couldn't pay me to revisit this place.
It seemed inexpensive at first, before the $30 resort fee/night
$30 resort fees (above the quoted Kayak price per night), a heater that made a lot of noise at night, a phone that didn't work and a staff that didn't clean the rooms
You need something on yhe roof to take advantage o
The price was the reason we stayed. Nice, clean. No too large... yhe pool area and jacuzzi was really nice.
Did not like having to leave hotel to get to pool Would have liked coffee... in the room, or breakfast before 8 am. We are early risers we waited for 2 hours for the buffet to open.
Location, breakfast, friendly staff.
The pillows were too large and hard.
I stay here every few months and haven't had any problems ever.
The pillows are too big.
It was close to the green valley ranch and they offered loads of discounts
Everything was out of date, and the atmosphere was very dry and old feeling.
Overall, the staff was friendly and the location is ideal for not being to close or to far from the strip.
On the last night of our visit, the cleaning staff did not clean the room and did not re-stock the bathroom with towels. We waited until 2:30 am in order to receive towels for the following morning.☹️
Convenient location, Excellent staff, Good parking, all the services we needed Quiet, Plenty of intertainment, Excellent price I will stay there again
It was spacious. The hotel staff was very accommodating. The casino workers were friendly and professional.
The hidden charges were a little annoying.
Outside of main town and between 2 main attractions
Value for the money. Not crowded. Close to strip and airport.
I liked the movie theatre and the restaurants. I like that it's so close to the freeway.
Reasonable price, very nice buffet, low limits on tables, nice staff, away from the Strip
The a/c operated poorly so the desk helped put me in another room.
It was inexpensive. Parking was in a covered structure connected to the Casino.
It was showing it's age.
I liked that everything was there and I aslo liked the eating court. The restaurants were very good ,especially the steak house!!
Pretty much they had everything you could want even the movies!
Great location, far enough away from the Strip to think you were in a pleasant country town but close enough if you like that sort of thing. Great value for money.
