Sauna lukewarm and opening hours very inconvenient for tourists. Staff very rigid, appear to have no decision rights for any flexibility. Cons (-) The restaurant encloses the sidewalk in glass to expand the available seating area. We were seated next to the temporary glass wall, and a cool breeze could be felt near our feet throughout the meal. Pros (+) The hotel is beautiful, right downtown. You can easily walk to the old district and see the cathedrals, and there are many great restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, helping us find stuff to see and arranging transportation. The room itself was very comfortable.
Cons (-) I had no problems with this hotel, I would absolutely recommend it.
