Pros (+) I liked the whole part of the checkin taking 30 minutes at 2 am because kayak messed it up.
Cons (-) I didn't like pretty much the whole thing. The checkin took literally forever. Never again

Cons (-) The TV in the room didn't work. I informed the front desk and was told maintenance would come look at it. Waited 2 hours and no one came so I canceled the maintenance call.
