The elevator was not working. One room was a smoking room and we had reservations for non-smoking rooms. Other than that, the service/people were amazing

Pros:This hotel is very clean. Includes continental breakfast which was delicious. Also, the rooms include a refrigerator with a freezer, microwave and a small sink which was very convenient. In case you forget your toothbrush the front desk has disposable ones you can use. The hotel is in a dead end so you would have to park your car in front of the hotel unload your luggage and get a parking code from the front desk when you check in in order to park your car in their parking garage. The parking garage is about a house away from the hotel and it is 3 floors high. I felt like my car was very safe and had no problem parking it there. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and was very happy with the location. It's near fast food restaurants like McDonald's, Taco Bell, KFC, Starbucks and the dollar tree store. Forgot to mention they also have an ice machine.
Cons:What I didn't like about this hotel was that they don't accept cash as a form of payment. They only accept credit/debit Cards. No where in the confirmation email or in their website did it say that cash was not accepted. I took cash to pay but was rejected and had to use my debit card instead. Which left me with a lot of cash in my wallet and was uncomfortable to be carrying it around. Since it is in a dead end it can get a little crowded when loading/ unloading your belongings to your car. The parking garage is away from the hotel but very safe. Wifi is slow and disconnects every time. Other than that I was completely happy with their services and would definitely recommend to other people.

Pros:I liked the whole part of the checkin taking 30 minutes at 2 am because kayak messed it up.
Cons:I didn't like pretty much the whole thing. The checkin took literally forever. Never again

Cons:The TV in the room didn't work. I informed the front desk and was told maintenance would come look at it. Waited 2 hours and no one came so I canceled the maintenance call.

Pros:This place is really a great value, the building is safe and well maintained. Having a gated parking garage is great for peace of mind. The rooms are very nice for what you pay and overall stay was very comfortable. I've been there twice already and plan on staying again because the experience was so great. Highly recommended!
