Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially for events at Wembley Stadium, and the friendly, helpful service provided by staff, particularly Andy at reception. Many found the rooms to be basic but functional, with some positive remarks about cleanliness. However, several guests noted issues with room comfort, such as hard or uncomfortable beds, small room sizes, and dated facilities. Cleanliness and maintenance were mixed, with some rooms needing attention. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its convenience and welcoming staff, though improvements in comfort and facilities are suggested.
