Pros (+) The overall stay was very good, the rooms where clean, breakfast was very good and I would stay at the Hampton Inn again thank you
Cons (-) I had a reservation arrived at 12:30 and was told that check in is at 3:00 . My husband and I sat in the waiting room until 2:30 , while everyone else check in before 3 o’clock and was sent upstairs to there room. I then ask your front desk clerk why I was waiting so long and she said My room was not ready because she was waiting for a room with a sofa bed., I had a reservation for a king size bed...
