Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are highly mixed. Many guests appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to local attractions and amenities, and several found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable. Some guests also noted friendly staff and a decent breakfast selection. However, cleanliness was a major concern for many, with repeated mentions of dirty rooms, mold, stained linens, and unpleasant odors. Service quality was inconsistent, with some guests praising staff friendliness while others reported unhelpful or rude management and issues with honoring requests. Breakfast and amenities were seen as basic or lacking by some, though others found them adequate. Overall, the hotel’s location and room size were its strongest points, but significant improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Loved he pool and hot tub. Room was comfortable.
Cons (-) Had to download Kayak and book a room in their lobby because they doubled the price if you check in in person. Smoking rooms look grungy with stained sheets, pillowcases, and towels.
