When I dropped off at JFK Airport, I was in dire need of a restroom after driving across New York and getting stuck in traffic. The woman at the desk didn’t want to give the code to use the restroom. I guess that will teach me not to have White Privilege.8,0 Very Good

Was missing window scraper. Car was from Florida, the windshield wiper fluid was not freeze proof. It froze solid in Pennsylvania. I had to stop several times, go to gas station to clean windshield so that I could see. THis was annoying.Enterprise Rent-A-Car
