We were upgraded to the honeymoon suite. The breakfast was very nice. They offered a good mix of local and western choices.
This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were all so friendly, but the lady that did the Breakfast ( M. Trang.) was awesome.
There was nothing to dislike.
The staff at this hotel were exceptionally thoughtful. When asked by the delightful lady in the breakfast room what fruit I liked, she went out and bought me a pineapple and boxed it up for us when we left the hotel. The gentleman at the desk gave us details to get to a particular area where the comquat trees are growing, something I really wanted to see It felt like home coming back in the afternoon and being greeted and asked about what we enjoyed. Our room was spacious and the bathroom had good lighting. The bed and pillows were exceptional. The 4P Pizza is across the road a fabulous place to eat when you want a break from Asian food. The hotel is in a prefect location in the old city. We would definitely stay here again. I apologise for forgetting the names of the staff I mention here.
This is the best hotel I've stop in Hanoi. I'll be back again soon. The staff were fantastic. They made me and my family feel so welcome. The boy from reception also played a new sport with my son in the Street. ( Some kind of kick shuttlecock)
Not a lot
The attitude of the staff that I had contact with, Gina, Henry and Trang at breakfast
Being overcharged for the trip to Ha Long bay. We were charged US$ 75 while the others we talked to said they paid US$. It did not feel good and reduced the trust in the Hotel
