Hotel was excellent, Staff were all wonderful and extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and beautifully presented with fresh flowers and clean towels and linen everyday. Hotel breakfast was very nice, and overall the Hotel was lovely and the location to everywhere was excellent. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend to others. We were extremely happy with our stay and made our visit to Hanoi very enjoyable.
Could not fault the Hotel or the staff, it exceeded our expectations, spotlessly clean and lovely place to stay, all the staff from reception, restaurant, cleaning staff and the nice young men opening the hotel doors for everyone were wonderful lovely people. Cannot speak highly enough of the Hotel and staff.
