Clean and recently renovated property. The room was spacious and stylish with comfortable beds. The staff was amazing, always ready to help, from restaurant suggestions and bookings to giving direction to Grab drivers! The welcome drinks and snacks served during check-in were really good and they also gave us some keyrings of Hanoi as a goodbye present at the check-out.

Our experience at Bonsella Hotel was very pleasant. Our room was nice and very clean. The hotel is located just a couple of minutes from the lake on foot. The staff was very helpful giving us local tips as well as arranging the pickups for all our tours. They were extremely nice from the moment we arrived to the lobby until we left. Customer service 10 out of 10.
