Very good breakfast
Problems with parking, there was no information in advance that we are supposed to park at the parking situated on another street, we had hard time fining it. It would be better if the hotel informed where is the parking before arrival.
Excellent breakfast, the best ever. I will return exactly here in 2020.
I put the label on my door with "Please clean my room" and in 24 hours nobody has cleaned my room.
The breakfast was outstanding. Simply wonderful.
The ‘city view’ is a crappy outlook on a cheap supermarket parking. When we told the staff at the desk they had the nerve to say ‘if you look further during the day, you can see the city..’. I booked an ‘extra large bed’ which for them means ‘two small beds pushed together to form one large’. We had to call reception during the night because the wash hand basin wasn’t draining and it was almost overflowing the whole time. The hotel was almost completely empty, yet they charged us 10€ for every hour after the check out. Being more considerate, could have been a nice gesture. Lastly, the photos seem to have been taken a long Time ago. Rooms aren’t as ‘new and neat’ as the photos. Overall the place itself is good, but it bothered us a lot that they weren’t completely honest / inconsiderate with their description (which is completely unnecessary, be honest in your description!) and the staff weren’t too accommodating / understanding when we shared our issues. Cheers,
