Pros (+) Very good staff nice and friendly
Cons (-) Couldn’t fault anything about this place it’s in a nice quiet but convenient location, we received a warm and friendly welcome at reception, the chalet was spotless spacious and comfortable all at a price that competes well with any other option including Airbnb. Would def return if we ever get to visit Hanmer Springs again.
