Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for city access and travel. Many reviewers also appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially in accommodating special requests. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests noting dirty rooms, bedding, and bathrooms. Bed comfort receives mixed feedback, with a few guests mentioning issues with mattresses or pillows. Overall, while the location and service are strong points, improvements in cleanliness and facilities are needed.

Very simple hotel, sketchy area, this is more 2 stars than 3 stars. No ac and heat was bad even with fan. Sketchy surroundings , you get what you pay for.
