Pros (+) I encountered the staff members on all shifts and they were all incredibly friendly, especially the evening shift on 27-28 Jan. Kudos in particular to the night attendant and from desk attendant. They know very well how to talk to and engage with customers. They both made me feel very welcome and at "home". Thank you!
Cons (-) The property is showing its age...old, creaky elevator, older furniture, etc., but the room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again, if nothing else but for the friendly staff.
