Pros: In a quiet area at the north end of the beach. Off-road assigned parking in a covered spot. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: We were in the back building, so their was no view. Our parking space was hard to get in and out of, but I do have a large 4-door Jeep, and it wasn't impossible. Neighbors were talking very loud one night between 2-3AM, we simply shut the sliding door on the balcony and that quieted it down enough to get to sleep.

Cons: Woke up to tons of flying ants!! They had to spray the room and we had an infint with us. So run down and old dirty musty gross! They only allow one car parking for each room. Had to pay $50. 4 blocks away for overnight parking! Staff is rude.

Pros: It's right across from the beach on the boardwalk. Staff was nice and tried to be accommodating.
Cons: It's old and not very updated; the staff was nice but very disorganized; limited and awkward parking & most rooms don't face the beach. There was not a sense that this was a clean room and the bathroom wasn't a place I wanted to shower in.

Cons: Room was super small and super expesive. In fact we meet some people that had a balcony (which we did not) that paid less for their room because they had one less person. The rooms do not look updated and there was a super small bathroom with no tub.

Pros: The owner is genuine and helpful; a truly pleasant experience meeting her. The place has a cozy and family friendly feel to it. Peaceful and quiet yet so close to the beach! It was a perfect getaway!

Cons: WiFi with no internet No towels in the room. Had to ask. TV remote does not work to turn tv on/off. Smells like mildew.

Cons: They called me about an hour before my scheduled arrival to tell me that they had overbooked and could not accommodate me.

Cons: The mattresses had plastic covers over them. Very noisy and annoying every time you moved. The second day we had to request towels. No one attended to the room on our second day. Office opened too late for checkouts. I wanted to get a receipt before leaving but couldn't wait till 9:30.
