Pros (+) The location and front porch
Cons (-) Shower needed recaulking. Mold around the entire bottom of shower. Room smelled very bad. The stove had packets of salt in burner. The price. There was no Seafood festival going on but prices were sky high for a tiny room. Couldn't hang your clothes because they pit a full size refrigerator in closet. View outside of table door was filled with garbage and so was parking lot.

Pros (+) It's right across from the beach on the boardwalk. Staff was nice and tried to be accommodating.
Cons (-) It's old and not very updated; the staff was nice but very disorganized; limited and awkward parking & most rooms don't face the beach. There was not a sense that this was a clean room and the bathroom wasn't a place I wanted to shower in.

Pros (+) The location was ideal right in front of Hampton beach the beds were very comfortable.
Cons (-) Room was super small and super expesive. In fact we meet some people that had a balcony (which we did not) that paid less for their room because they had one less person. The rooms do not look updated and there was a super small bathroom with no tub.
