Pros (+) Convenient location and ample parking. There was surprisingly little freeway noise considering how close it was to the freeway. Room did not have a dirty or musty odor.
Cons (-) Not a good value for the price. The building is still too run down. Renovations were clearly started, but may be stalled? The work in progress and what's actually been completed seems very uneven. There's no sign of cordoned off or plastic sheeted areas.
