Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access public transport and local attractions. Many found the staff communication and check-in process to be friendly and efficient. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning issues such as musty smells, mold, and lack of thorough cleaning. Noise was a common concern due to thin walls and a generally noisy environment. Room size was often described as very small and cramped, with limited storage and amenities. Overall, while the location and service were appreciated, improvements are needed in cleanliness, noise insulation, and room comfort.
