Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's extensive amenities, including sports facilities, pools, and spa areas, as well as its convenient location near city attractions and public transport. Many highlight the quality of the breakfast and the overall wellness experience. However, several reviews mention issues with service, such as unprofessional or understaffed personnel, slow check-in, and occasional problems with restaurant service. Some guests also note that parts of the hotel could benefit from renovation and that the spa's nudist policy was not clearly communicated. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects, especially the amenities and location, stand out.AI-generated from customer reviews
