Pros (+) Great hotel location - one block from the street that goes to the beach. Parking there is $10 per car. We had so much fun and even saw dolphins! It was great to get there and back to the hotel so quickly/easily! It's right at the junction of 92 and Highway 1, near restaurants and stores/gas.
Cons (-) Terrible location if you want to sleep! Traffic along Highway 1 is immediately outside the hotel doors and the noise creeps into the room with ease. Earplugs are key if you like to sleep. The hotel doesn't offer laundry services (coin-op or otherwise), and when I asked, I was told to drive a few blocks away to do my loads at a laundromat.
