Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests reported very poor cleanliness, dirty rooms and bathrooms, bad odors, and pest issues. Service was frequently described as unhelpful or rude, with problems such as denied bookings, slow or unresponsive staff, and lack of promised amenities. Breakfast and food quality were disappointing, with limited options and poor taste. While a few guests mentioned the location as convenient and some staff as polite, the overwhelming sentiment is negative due to maintenance, hygiene, and service failures.
