Pros: The property was very clean and well organized. Breakfast was delicious and nicely made. Parking space was easy to park and without any hassle. Clean bathroom. Nice and kind staff.
Cons: The bluetooth connection of the speaker inside the room was not working consistently. There is no elevator as we had to carry all our luggages and carriages with a baby to the rooftop and again down to the street everytime we want to go outside, that was a bit tiring. Price might be a bit lower giving the fact all listed above.

Pros: Parking was easy and the location was good for walking around the town. Breakfast was included and plentiful. The rooms were comfortable AND had tea and coffee-making facilities which I LOVE!
Cons: There was no lift so accessing the bedrooms on the upstairs floors would not suit disabled/elderly guests.

Pros: We have been travelling in Europe for two months now and this was the best hotel by far than anything we stayed in before. Every little detail was taken care of, staff looked as if they were happy to see us, the rooms were very clean and the bedding smelled of cleanliness and not of fabric softener. The beds were so comfortable that we went back after REALLY nice breakfast and had another lie down :-) Super close to the center with some good restaurants around and even though we stayed on 3rd floor without lift, it was not a problem as the stairs are quite wide. If we come that way again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.
Cons: The only thing we did not like is that we had to continue on our trip and could not stay longer...

Pros: The Park Hotel Bielefeld is conveniently located at the edge of Bielefeld. The hotel's design is a pleasing combination of a traditional German Gasthof on the outside and industrial retro chic on the inside. The staff are very friendly and efficient, and the rooms are airconditioned and comfortable.

Pros: This is a very tasteful and cozy little hotel in the center if town. The staff is friendly, the breakfast fresh and tasty. I will go there again without a doubt.
Cons: Parking is an issue. The hotel has two (!) parking spots that you can rent for 12 Euros a night. And they are so narrow, that when both are occupied, you can hardly get in or out of your car. This has to do with the location being in the middle of the town.

Cons: the room didn't have proper espresso machine, no easy access to parking and hotel parking not available, also i asked for a double bed and i received a room with 2 single beds and the dinner was not consistent i ordered the same thing twice and received 2 totally different dished, is like the chef is not the same every time and is not justifying the price of 17 euros for salad.

Pros: Breakfast was good but not so many things to choose. Wi-Fi is fast (about 6MB/s download) so usable for work. Rooms are very clean and if you are lucky, also big. Rooms are quiet enough and staff is nice.
Cons: More food on breakfast would be nice. Missing any coffe on entrance hall or reception. There is no any fitness or wellnes. City is really small and about 5PM is everything closed. There is nothing to do around.

Cons: When I returned to the hotel and turned on the light in my room, I saw a flying hornet. It can be deadly dangerous for me to bite such an insect. I couldn't catch or kill him. I wanted to change the room, but the reception was closed from 10pm to 6.30am. I stayed awake all night, and the next day I had to drive more than 900 kilometres. When the next day I informed the reception desk about this situation, I heard that hornets are not dangerous (!), that it is absolutely normal in Germany (!) and that in such situation I should call the number given on the hotel's business card. However, there was no such information on the guest information in the room. I consider this to be a scandal.

Pros: Good quality business class hotel situated close to the R1 cycle route and within easy walking distance of the old town. Comfortable, well appointed room and a decent breakfast.
Cons: Limited security regarding bicycle storage, in a back stairwell with access to the car park. Breakfast was included in our reservation cost but the receptionist wanted to charge it again as an extra on check out.

Centrally located in the Rheda part of Rheda-Wiedenbrück close to a small square with a few nice bars / pubs. Shame they hadn't removed the surrounding woods, so we could see the blood-moon which was out the night we stayed there - LOL :-)
Cons: We know this summer has been extremely and unexpectedly hot in central Europe. But a fan in the room would have been a nice touch to "assist" the air-con.

Pros: From the moment I booked, all went very well! The called to confirm arrival time, the room was ready. They helped us with a parking disc to prevent a parking fine in the morning. We wanted to change the room and it was no problem at all. Rooms were clean, good mattress, complementary water. Breakfast was included and the service was very personal during breakfast. Fantastic!

Cons: I think that the rooms need more fans and eventually air conditioning given current heat waves in Europe. I wanted to drink much ice-water in my room to counter dehydration during the hot days, but the hotel did not have an ice machine open to me.

Pros: Lovely location. The sister Hotel, about 100 metres walk away, offers a delightful breakfast for 9 EUR per person. The rooms are beautifully clean. The bathroom is very large and the shower really refreshing. We appreciated the free WiFi.
Cons: There are no tea/coffee making facilieis in the room. However, there is a coffee machine in the foyer where you can get free drinks. Unw, this was not serviced regularly and ran out of milk, sugar and tea bags. There is also no air conditioning.

Pros: The rooms at this hotel were beautiful - large, with big windows, nice shower, and even a small couch. I found the value to be really great - especially since breakfast was also included in the room rate.
Cons: This wasn't a problem for us, but it is rather on its own - so don't expect to be able to walk anywhere. The stairwell also smelled a little funny (and quite strongly of food from the kitchen), but this didn't extend to the rooms.

Cons: Two things - 1) wifi is painfully slow, not suitable for people on biz trips who need constant connection. 2) the genius who installed the shower cabin made the door to open inside so in order to get in you need to go around it and scratch your body against the wall and the door. A person who is 100kg or higher wouldn't be able to get in at all. Try room number 9, that's where I had this.

Pros: The room was great - spacious and comfortable. We slept like logs even though we had two cats travelling with us! In the evening we drove into Bielefeld (about 15 mins) for a meal, which was a pleasant town with lots going on - a Weissweinfest was in full swing and the gallery sounded interesting. I would certainly stay here again.
Cons: The breakfast was a bit uninspiring. And the barman was a bit dismissive. It was very quiet though...

Pros: Friendly owner and staff, very clean and comfortable, easy stay. Very quiet location, despite being within close proximity to major roads.
Cons: The accommodation is very functional and basic, no frills, good for a business stay primarily. It is not close to local amenities so to go to shops restaurants, out for a beer, it is necessary to drive. WiFi in the room was intermittent.

Pros: This is a cute little hotel just a few minutes away from the Autobahn. The staff were very friendly and we felt instantly welcome. Our room was cosy and clean, and we had a pretty view of a little lake with ducks and swans. The hotel restaurant was not open on the evening we stayed, however the hotel staff recommended a local Italian restaurant, where we had a nice meal. We had a good night's sleep and it was very quiet, with just just the sound of the stream outside. Breakfast was delicious and there were some nice little touches, such as biscuits, chocolates and takeway coffee at reception.
Cons: Not a negative as such, but as Brits we missed having tea-making facilities in the room!

Pros: Proprietary Deana was extremely warm, welcoming and accommodating, despite our late evening arrival. Having booked three rooms she decided to keep us all in the same wing which meant one of us received a business room, another (me!) received a comfort room -- with an adjustable air mattress, while the third received the standard room we booked. Clean, beyond clean, quiet, convenient, scenic. Yummy full breakfast will all the trimming and variety once could ask for.
Cons: Nothing could have improved this stay - bravo!

Pros: Its a nice little hotel which is easy to find when you are passing through. The facilities were adequate, but cost too much for what you get in my opinion. The breakfast, which was included, was a nice touch and the staff were kind and helpful.
Cons: The hotel and rooms had a very 'used' feel and did not feel crip and clean - although there was not visible dirt anywhere. For the price, I expected things to be a bit more polished and nicer. I would expect to pay more like around 50 Euro for what I got and not 90 Euro.

Pros: The breakfast was way above my expectations. Didn’t expect much from a youth hostel, but this was German “grundlichkeit”. Location is okay - it is walkable from the station.
Cons: Pretty "cold" place, both in atmosphere and literally in the rooms. I think the place is very much overpriced. The room was clean, but to pay for one person 65 euros and still need to make your bed, I think it's way too much. It's not a cozy room either, and if you're unlucky, people are screaming on the hall and having sex in the room next to you. It's still a youth hostel in the end. I didn't sleep well at all (very warm duvet mainly), but I can't blame the hostel for that.

Cons: As the cheapest hotel available in Gutersloh there is not really much to complain about in light of the above review. Maybe my only reservation is that they had a coffee machine available in the 'smokers room' but it was a crappy pod coffee filter rather than a filter drip machine or otherwise. Sort of nitpicking though.
