Hotel is simple but comforatble with friendly staff. It is very close to hot springs spa that we did not know. If you know it in advance you may plan and enjoy the spa baths.

Good European breakfast included in price. Cleaners show up every day, Fridge and Tv in rooms Staff are friendly and relaxed. Not much else you can ask for really. If you have a car or bike this hotel is a good option in my view. 7 miles from the main city and castle
Bad points : Bar is only open if you go to reception and ask, I’m not a drinker so not really a problem for me, No kettle in the room, I suppose that’s because hot beverages are sold down stairs. I’d take a travel kettle if I stayed again. No food served in this hotel after breakfast has finished at 11am So you will have to buy some from a shop and use the in room fridge or go out for an evening meal.
