This place was filthy! Dirty bedding and bed bugs. Reported to the front desk, the man replied that “every motel has bed bugs”!! I left immediately, with staff refusing to refund my money.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests had extremely negative experiences, citing severe cleanliness issues such as cockroach infestations, dirty rooms, and broken furniture. Many reviews also mention poor service, including unhelpful or absent staff and unfulfilled reservation requests. Several guests were disappointed by the lack of breakfast despite advertisements, and some found the rooms small or poorly maintained. However, a few reviewers noted the hotel's convenient location near shops and attractions, and a handful appreciated the quiet environment or friendly staff in rare instances.AI-generated from customer reviews
