Guests consistently praised the hotel's tranquil location surrounded by nature, making it ideal for relaxation and escaping daily stress. Many highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the well-maintained pool and garden areas. However, several guests were disappointed with the breakfast, citing lack of variety and inconsistent quality. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some noting well-kept rooms and others mentioning issues. Overall, the positive atmosphere, beautiful setting, and attentive service stood out, though improvements could be made in breakfast offerings and some aspects of room maintenance.
