Contemporary hotel on the verge of the old city centre - excellent location to get in and out of the city. Very welcoming staff and nice rooms.
The bathrooms on the top floor seem older and less nice then the room itself and compared to the other floors (I stayed here earlier). Quite a lot of street noise - but that goes for every other hotel in the Groningen city center.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was quiet, stylish, spacious and had very comfortable beds. There's a pleasant cafe for breakfast and light lunches, or to relax and read the paper over an excellent cup of coffee or a drink.
The steps we had to negotiate after getting out of the lift. However, on arrival and departure the staff carried the suitcases, so it wasn't a real problem. The lighting in our room was too low.
