Pros: personal was very friendly. Breakfast was good. The choice was variable. However, I would prefer some dark bread instead of the white one. Especially good was a coffee. The room was comfortable and big enough.
Cons: The heating system in the bathroom was not working, but this is especially important when coming back from the mountains and having wet clothes or if you need to wash something.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It feels brand new. Wonderful staff.
Cons: That you had to pay extra for the spa (20€\person)
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly hosts, nice rooms and great breakfast. Good location and very helpful charging the electric car.
Cons: Small towels...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very cozy room with plenty of space, nice staff and a great breakfast. There was everything we needed. The rooms are very clean and they are of a good size (quite big compared to other hotels). We were there for hiking and enjoyed the nature around the place. The restaurants are reachable in a 5 or 10 minute walk, which is perfect. Also the rooms were really quiet, but I have to admit that we were there out of season - so not many other guests were around. We did not use the spa - so I can't say anything about this.

Pros: SPA, location, Nice people

Pros: Everything is prepared including a dish wash machine, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee machine. A sofa bed is very soft for me in a living room with a kitchen. Pros: A lovely family run hotel in a very picturesque setting. The location is good- only a few minutes walk to the bus stop and supermarket. The heated boot rack is a bonus! The flying brassiere restaurant is excellent (make sure you book at the weekend). The view from the window was beautiful.
Cons: The bus service to the ski areas in Gressoney St Jean and Staffal could be better. The buses are reliable (once you have studied the timetable in detail- note the buses marked in red at the top of the timetable only run in peak season!). However, they aren't very frequent. The beds in the studio rooms are fold out sofa beds, but it was actually surprisingly comfy.
