Pros: My family evacuated FL during Hurricane Irma. The staff at this hotel was, by far, the most pleasant and accommodating group of people! Their kindness and constant smiles was a much appreciated gesture during an unfortunate time for my family.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: I was in town escaping Hurricane Matthew and had to find a hotel last minute due to overcrowding of the homes of family and friends in the area. Was very pleased to find the staff extremely helpful and kind. My refrigerator was froze up and I had a temporary one brought to the room in minutes. The staff absolutely exceeded my expectations.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast was good, you could tell it had begun to be renovated so all of the inside was fairly clean
Cons: All of the renovations seemed to be cosmetic only. Our toilet dripped and ran so loudly we had to keep the fan on and door shut, the A/C was a lie, said it was 60, but would only come on periodically, we sweat profusely all night it was so hot.
2,5 Mediocre
Cons: When we got home my wife discovered that she had left her makeup bag in the room. She immediately called the hotel and was told it was not there. It had to be there because we didn't go anywhere else.
6,7 Good
Pros: The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Cons: A little pricey for the accommodations.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding customer service
Cons: Second day breakfast could have been better.
4,8 Okay
Pros: The location of the hotel was ideal for our purpose of Lake House Hunting.
Cons: I've been traveling Conus and OConus for the last 20+ yrs and I would have to say this was the worst Hampton that I've stayed in. My room was on the second floor and the water pressure was terrible, the WiFi was terrible. Even though the hotel is "smoke free" when you get off the elevator thats all you smell is cigarette smoke. It seems that they might want to invest in a company to come out and get rid of that smell if they are smoke free. The AC took almost an hour to cool the room down. Again worst Hampton Inn that I have ever stayed in.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We were on the property 5 minutes and 3 different staff members offered to help us in someway! Great staff and great value for a Saturday night stay!
Cons: some construction going on in the room next to us but it was brief and during the day.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and cozy
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Overall experience was great in all aspects.
Cons: None.

Cons: Carpet was dirty with cookies?

Pros: The night clerk was nice but our micro wave had rust and was catching on fire the mainance made us feel like it was our fault trying to say we put metal in there there was no metal in our room but soda cans
Cons: The night clerk was nice but our micro wave had rust and was catching on fire the mainance made us feel like it was our fault trying to say we put metal in there there was no metal in our room but soda cans plus the sausage is greasy no waffle batter my niece dropped a yogurt we had to find someone to get napkins to clean it up becous e there was no napkins in the breakfast area I worried all night thinking I was in trouble for that micro wave when it was the rust that caused it there was not enough soap or personal hygiene products in the bathroom other than that the room was pretty clean the nearest Clarks were nice but the food was not all that and the bag of chips the attitude that the maintenance man made me worry I paid over $250 for a motel room and the kids wanted waffles and kitchen maintenance didn't even have enough kitchen batter in there so yeah they need some help in their kitchen but other than a microwave in the kitchen help it was good

Pros: The staff are amazing! In fact, this hotel is excellent except in one aspect, below.
Cons: The internet was difficult to sign on to with my laptop. Maybe not for phones, but I always have to call and go through some rigmarole. The 2nd night I had to give up streaming because it paused to load so many times the interruptions weren't worth it.

Pros: Kim was a joy to work with very respectful, courteous, and helpful. My reservation did show in her system. She went above and beyond to accommodate me. Her trainee was great too. Breakfast was great. Will definitely stay again.

1,0 Poor
Pros: There's nothing positive I can say.

Cons: N/A
4,0 Okay
Pros: Good breakfast and good hot water. However, it appeared that the sheets had been slept in before (musty smell) and just smoothed out. The toilet ran and I had to fix it. The microwave was rusted on the inside and the plug in for the hair dryer was melted away. Many of these things I did not realize until I came back to the room late that evening, otherwise I would have changed rooms. I realize that they are still remodeling, but they should not have rented out this room. Good location, nice staff, but poor accommodations.

2,5 Mediocre
Pros: Absolutely nothing!
Cons: No security, paint peeling off the wall in the bathroom, the place smells. The continental breakfast is horrible. Coffee was watered down everything with stale. The floor would’ve been more comfortable then the bed but I didn’t want to sleep on it because it was dirty.
7,9 Good
Pros: the lady at the front desk was very very nice.
Cons: There was not much on the breakfast bar.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Honestly, nothing. The price was nice but that’s about it.
Cons: My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the first night of our honeymoon on our way to Charleston. It was atrocious. The whole place smelled like pot, and was disgustingly filthy. Our blankets had holes burned into them, some sort of liquid that dried hard on them (I don’t even want to know what that was), and everything was dirty.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: I like the coziness that should have been there. But by there being roaches in the room I couldnt get too cozy. I like the satelite tv service.
Cons: The fact the tower that was hanging up was dirty... that I saw at least 5 or 6 roaches in the room. The attendant was rude for no reason and the room wasnt up to par.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: The room smelled like smoke even though it it was a non smoking room.
5,8 Okay
Pros: I like the fact of having a comfortable bed to sleep in. It was clean and ideal for one night stay.
Cons: That the back entrance door did not lock as we enter in. It had to be slammed to make sure it did lock but it also still had some wiggle room to pop back open. Bathroom door had a hole in it and only some of the wash clothes were useable.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Not one thing.
Cons: The bed was filthy and had blood on it. The bathroom was disgusting. Breakfast was awful. Milk was spoiled. They added water to their syrup. The Indian guy behind the desk was arrogant and rude and just downright bad at his job.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: The location
Cons: The staff was nasty, we had blood on sheets and confroter. The room was not clean it was so hot in the hall I had an asthma attack.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was very helpful, I had my special needs mother who is 94 and Andrea and Cindy checked on us and help in anyway they could, the front desk was also very helpful and assisted with anything I needed.
Cons: No elevator but I was on the first floor so it didn't impact me too much. They didn't have a power operated door for walkers or wheel chairs. It was a little hard to get in and out. Everything else was fine. I will be going back again. I enjoy the area and this is a nice place in a good location.

7,9 Good
Pros: the lady at the front desk was very very nice.
