Pros (+) Staff, especially Jarvis, was friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was nice with great A/C. Comfortable pillows and mattress.
Cons (-) The place seems to be a welfare hotel. Sketchy characters were hanging around the entrances smoking and drinking.The lobby carpet was filthy and badly needed sweeping. Cigarette butts littered entrance areas. Not as bad as the Burbank ESA, but close.
