Pros (+) Staff, especially Jarvis, was friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was nice with great A/C. Comfortable pillows and mattress.
Cons (-) The place seems to be a welfare hotel. Sketchy characters were hanging around the entrances smoking and drinking.The lobby carpet was filthy and badly needed sweeping. Cigarette butts littered entrance areas. Not as bad as the Burbank ESA, but close.

Pros (+) The location was perfect, the price was right and the layout was very good. I was glad to have a full fridge for my leftovers and the ice cube trays and real freezer we're very helpful too.
Cons (-) There were no cups in the room, even the bathroom. There wasn't a laundry bag which I usually use to put my dirty clothes in to take with me. And the bed wasn't super comfortable.
