Cons (-) shower was broken and water trickled. Was under reno and noise during the day. Room needed major reno. Caulking around the tub looked like a child did it. heater had not been run and smelled. halls and elevators were dirty and construction material in places. Breakfast was adequate but limited.

Pros (+) The Battleground Inn is clean, with helpful staff and reasonably good amenities. It's a practical, affordable place to stay, well located for the needs of my family's trip.
Cons (-) The amenities aren't fancy, and the place looks a little shabby in spots. No frills, no scenic views, and just a basic hotel breakfast of bagels, coffee, and cereal. I wouldn't recommend taking a lavish vacation there, but it was fine for my daughter and myself while we were visiting family.
