Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor cleanliness, unhelpful or dishonest service, and issues with value for price. Many mentioned dirty rooms, bedding, and bathrooms, as well as problems with extra charges and misleading advertising, especially regarding breakfast. While a few reviews noted comfortable beds or positive aspects like location and price, these were outweighed by negative experiences.
