Pros (+) Absolutely nothing, was discusting and poor or no customer service.
Cons (-) Room had dirty towels still, hot tub was closed even though I called and asked if it was open, room smelt like cigarette smoke, they charged me more for the room without my knowledge then would not refund extra amount.

Pros (+) The hot tub felt great on my sore achy body was very relaxing till the fire alarm went off
Cons (-) The shower was way too hot it kept going hot cold scalding then cold
