Pros (+) The view from the patio was beautiful. The staff, Jo in particular, was amazing!!! Although the hotel is a little older, it was surprisingly clean. There was just enough options at breakfast, despite my toddler deciding to not eat anything but yogurt.... Go figure!
Cons (-) The blankets are a bit scratchy, but that's getting picky.

Pros (+) My kids loved the pool, complete with pool toys. The room was spacious enough for 2 queens and a cot. All rooms have a peaceful view right next to the river. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The room didn't have a microwave, which would've been nice. Also, it would be nice to have a place to hang swim suits other than the shower rod (it curves out so drips on the floor). Other than those minor things, it is a lovely place!

Pros (+) The room was recently updated and had a contemporary feel. Clean everywhere except for the tiniest things, it was better than most of the places I've stayed at. The full breakfast was a great surprise when I was expecting only a continental breakfast.
Cons (-) Smokers on adjacent balconies flooding my room with smoke. They aren't supposed to smoke there so it wasn't the establishments fault, but it wasn't a pleasant experience.

Pros (+) The hotel is very clean and the rooms are kept in great condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Going out on the balcony was a splendid delight. The river view alone is worth the stay.
Cons (-) The food at breakfast could have had a few more hot choices. I like my eggs hot.
