Unfortunately this hotel does not look like the photos. All of the furniture in the lobby/breakfast area are heavily stained, moldy ceiling tiles, heavily ran down. The sheets and towels were clean in the rooms but this is not a place where I would feel comfortable taking my shoes off in the room. The shower was dirty and ultimately everything was just in need of a good clean or replacement.

First thing you should tell you guest this hotel is part of the Family Promise, which is homeless families living at hotel. When we got to hotel people were being told they were over booked and may not have a room. The two couples in front of us did not get rooms, we did but not the correct room, which they did not tell us at front desk we realized when we got to our room and i tried calling front...

Pros (+) That even though I was near the front stairway door, the other guests and cleaning staff left my room quiet... Which I appreciate as I am a graveyard shift worker.
Cons (-) No remote for the TV, I went to the front desk... They said 'we will look into it...' and never did anything about it. My room key had to be reprogrammed EVERY DAY as well. The bathroom vent didn't work, and the mini fridge didn't get anything cold... Even when I cranked up the cold to the max.

Cons (-) Two out of our three rooms had broken shower curtains which couldn't close.
