Cons: It was very difficult to get into inside pool. Way too much kids for long hours in there. since I do not like kids the only free time for me it was around 8 PM, unfortunately at this time the pool was very dirty and not tidy. I also did not like the proximity of my room to the kids room. To the next time I will avoid to get room near that facility

Pros: Very nice and well located property in Gramado. The hotel is like stepping into a Swiss chalet. The room was very nice and clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was great as well! All details in this hotel are very well taken care of and the gardens and pool are also very nice. Parking is also freely available.

Cons: When I booked my room I ask for extra bed for my kids but I mistake because I’ve booked for only 2 people o forget to add my two kids 6 and 16 years old and when I get there they charge me double of my book price just because of the kids. I’m so angry because I just had the same room that I’ve booked and the extra additional bed as asked, and yet they charge me double. No nice.
